In this discourse, the Buddha instructed Venerable Rāhula to contemplate the Five Aggregates and the Five Elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—both internally and externally. He taught that none of these phenomena should be regarded as "self" or "mine," encouraging the abandonment of attachment and ego.
