The Apannaka Sutta, often translated as “The Incontrovertible Teaching” or “The Safe Path,” was delivered by the Buddha to the villagers of Sala as guidance for those who had not yet found a spiritual teacher they could fully trust. The Buddha encouraged them to embrace Right View, confidence in the law of karma, and the practice of wholesome actions, as these principles provide benefits both in the present and in the future.
